One of the steps they have taken is by just completing a deal with GE Capital where Greendot, in one of their other businesses, will manage the Wal-Mart credit card program, so if anything, they have enhanced their relationship. Trades at about 15X earnings and has about $5 a share in cash. Earnings growth is projected to be in the 18%-20% area.
