The big theme in the role today is inflation in Asia and global infrastructure. Electricity prices in North America are going to double. This is an asset play and you don't have to rush out and buy it. It could be sitting at the same price a year from now. Great management team and they want to build the business. Relatively cheap on an asset value. No financing risks.
