Very good opportunities, but fully priced.

Has a very stable customer base that continues to grow. In the very near term, he thinks it is expensive, but when you look out over a 2-year opportunity, it is interesting.

Their product allows electrical utilities to find out, on a large scale basis, where trees and undergrowth and brush is encroaching on their power lines. Has pretty good sales and backlog. Feels there is very good opportunity for them over the next couple of years.

It appears cheap. Earnings estimates for '05 range from approximately $0.02 and $0.03 for '06. An approximate 19 X PE excluding cash for '05 and 10 X for '06. Reasonable backlog and it's a growth industry.
