This has really lagged its competitors. Dividend is about 7.6%, which he doesn’t feel is in danger. The problem is it has greatly underperformed. If interest rates go up, it is going to have added pressure to it.

Nursing homes. This has done quite well. There has been a little lumpiness over time but they have turned around since 2001. Dividends have been growing at about a 10% clip. Recent quarter was decent. Good stock. 6.1% yield.
