Hard to understand, because it's diverging so much from Ventas. Also, it's high dividend is usually a red flag. He needs to see what's happening with this.

Nursing homes. This has done quite well. There has been a little lumpiness over time but they have turned around since 2001. Dividends have been growing at about a 10% clip. Recent quarter was decent. Good stock. 6.1% yield.
