Software company that helps other companies develop software and manage portals. Their challenge is to have a trigger that will move them forward. They have wonderful software and wonderful customers, but they have to ramp revenues.

They manage, for developers, the life cycle of software development. Has 20 to 30 to 40% upside.

Analysts are giving strong buys. Revenues have been growing. $7.2 million cash. Not a lot of trading. Use a stop.

Up about 55% year to date and 77% on a 52 week basis. Seems to be getting a little bit weaker. Hitting below its technical support. Revenues are up, but they still ended up with a loss. Getting to be thinly traded.

Burning cash. Trials have been delayed.

New management stabilized the company. Sales are weak and the company is losing money.
