He likes the CEO. This company went from biofuels to raising canola seeds in Mongolia, and now have a tree nursery in BC, and turning it into a marijuana facility. The key is that they have gone into Nevada and San Diego. However, San Diego just ruled against marijuana. A speculative stock in that they have very little in the way of revenues. Feels that penny stocks are just a flyer.
