They own class A malls in the US (California, Arizona, Virginia). Malls have seen death by a thousand cuts, a tough space because of the pandemic. Also, we're heading into another bankruptcy season after Christmas. Take profits or sell. Avoid the mall space.
Yield still continues to be important. High quality shopping malls in and around the US. They will do very well as the economy continues to improve. There is a lack of class A properties for shopping malls in the US.
(Top Pick Jul 08/13, Up 13.11%) Class ‘A’ properties in malls. No new malls being built in the US on the high end. Limited supply. Spending is coming back. REITs have done well in the last 12 months. 3.7% yield. This is the perfect environment for REITs.
