Liberty Global PLC (LILAC)

A cable and mobile phone company, with dominant market share in a lot of Caribbean regions and Latin America. Trading at a very, very deep discount to what he thinks represents fair value. Mobile or broadband penetration in those regions is below 40%-50% in many cases. As network coverage improves, companies like this will really start to bank and mint cash flow. This is controlled by Liberty Global which historically has done a tremendous job of allocating capital and consolidating businesses.
