There's been no news lately, but it has suffered a descending triangle with lower highs. It has tumbled lately. He's note sure if it was riding the gold wave as a gold substitute, but it has benefitted from lower interest rates. There was another descending triangle in early 2018, then bottom and broke to the upside. It could happen again.
