Glass Earth Gold (GEL.V)

PAST TOP PICK

(A Top Pick March 7/12. Down 68.92%.) Very well run company. Bought this because they had the joint venture with Newmont but Newmont is dragging their feet so he sold his holdings.

COMMENT

Good, well run company. Exploring in New Zealand. He got interested with the WK project, which is in a joint venture with Newmont adjacent to Newmont’s 11 million ounce Martha deposit. In production, but they need more ore. The guys in WKP have found a massive geothermal, hydrothermal, epithermal system and are getting very good mineralization. Thinks that Newmont needs to see good continuous high-grade veins that they can start focusing on.

BUY
It is a good entry point. It’s a big system. A find from 2009 is funding their G&A and some of their exploration costs so there wont be as much shareholder dilution. They could be a take-out target at some point.
TOP PICK
New Zealand. They have a large deposit and are finding some high-grade veins. Just started drilling on another project and if they drill deeper he feels they will find good values at depth.
