Very good operators. They have made acquisitions over the last 5 years and the stock price shows they are good at integrating them in. The price is not too rich here.

This sector boomed during Covid, but now there's decelerating revenue growth (still positive), but why? Because of seasonality or the weaker economy? Self-storage resists recessions. Trades at a discount to NAV.
