Doesn't know the details of this but his comment is on how to play a sector when it gets bombed out like this. When the blue-chip (Potash (POT-T)) in the sector is really bombed out, your incentive to go into the juniors is a lot less. When potash comes back, the big player will have its run before the money cycles down into the juniors. He has started a small position in Potash in the $39 range.
