His takeaway: shorters have always been a risk to the market. He can't wait to return to the movie theatre to see the next blockbuster, but this is a failed business model, even when things were going great for AMC. Kudos that they hired Nicole Kidman to appear in a new TV ad. Maybe the stock will go higher. The short squeeze is a red herring; AMC trades 100 million shares per day. There's clearly something else going on beside the meme shorting.
