Very good company. Interesting space to be in. The turnaround in share price of the drillers has probably preceded the fundamentals. Fundamentals over the next several years look incredibly strong. Prefers drillers that have a yield such as Precision Drilling (PD.UN-T). Good entry point.

It is a small cap which he doesn't know well. It was trading for a long time at $2 so it is interesting with its breakout in February to $3.50 as a result of its recent earnings report - they were up 20%. You could buy, but sell if it goes below $2.90 even if this does not indicate a breakdown in the price pop.

BUY ON WEAKNESS
Came off along with other drillers but had a good rebound. Likes that they make money in bad times. Very conservative balance sheet. High capacity utilization. Tend to add new rigs only when they have them booked. Have work in the Montney region in B.C. and the Bakken in Saskatchewan. $14 would be a reasonable price.

A wonderful company. Has come off a bit lately with the oil patch. Debt free, terrific growth and terrific value for shareholders. A good way to participate in the oil patch.
