There is little or no risk with solid long-term contracts with large companies like Amazon. It is managing costs well but volumes are weaker. It has good management along with good margins. It trades at 7X EBITDA which is the best price in a long time. He sold it as a tax loss but plans to buy back later in the year.
It has an excellent management team based in the U.S. and focusing on organic growth as well as M&A.. It has very good tailwinds with an aging population. Has high margins along with high barriers to entry. At 8 1/2X EBITDA it is at an all-time low and he is adding to his position/
The price has dropped substantially because of slowed growth and problems like supply chain issues. However there should be more retail distribution opportunities for the wine industry. Also there may be financial programs that will help as well. Margins should improve and he feels there are better days ahead.

He lost faith in management and sold. It had cost over-runs and sold off some gas assets but not for great profits. Still more asset sales are needed to pay down debt. The plan to split the company into two parts raises question marks. Enbridge is better managed so he prefers that as well as Alta Gas.
It designs, makes and installs automatic manufacturing systems globally and has a huge backlog. It is well known in the life sciences field which is a big part of its business. It also has a specialized battery division, is involved with nuclear reactors, consumer products, transportation, etc. It is M&A driven and makes selective acquisitions.
He sold recently at a high since it was getting harder to analyze but may buy some back later. It is a long term compounder and regularly increases its dividends, so don't sell at these levels. He likes the pure infrastructure plays rather than companies that buy the assets.

Also it did a recent equity issue which is being used to pay down debt. It has good management, strong organic sales growth. a good backlog and improving margins. It should be able to make good acquisitions. Trades at 9X EBITDA, near historical lows.

It is a great turn-around story and is now profitable with positive free cash flow along with 80% of revenue being high margin. He sees good growth. Buy 2 Hold 2 Sell 0
(Analysts’ price target is $4.56)It makes high quality valves for the nuclear industry. It had a take-over offer of $13 a share and he sold at around $12.50. However there were worries that the French Government might block the sale so the stock price dropped. The nuclear valves division is based in France. However he feels that the deal will go through in the next few months at $13.00 so has been buying it back as a short-term investment with up to 30% upside.

The small pharmacy market in Canada is fragmented. Despite record results, growth by acquisition stocks are out of favour now because of higher interest rate concerns over too much debt. However they can easily cover their interest payments. Since their IPO a couple of years ago revenues and profits have more than doubled. It has a great runway for growth with improving margins and free cash flow and he is adding to his position. It is at an all time low valuation at 9X EBITDA.
