The only name you can invest in to get exposure to Canadian hotels. Doesn’t like it at these levels as it is overpriced. Some hedge fund involvement and selling off of properties. It is safe and he is waiting for the price to back off or for hotel fundamentals to improve a lot.

There is nothing safer than apartments. This is Ontario apartments and the Ontario economy is not great, but not bad either. Rent controls limit increases. High single digit returns. A good company, but it has run up a little. More exciting stories further west. Prefers Boardwalk.

Medical office space – dentists, doctors and supporting services. It is challenging. They are unable to get the occupancy. It has not been a great investment. It is cheap at these levels. But they need to adjust their financials to help us see their forward targets and to see operations gains going forward.
