Owns shares in company. Troubled by CEO replacement, however assets in West Ghana are valuable. Will continue to hold. Has lots of value in company. 

Even with change of government in Panama, still black or white Vegas-type bet as to whether the mine will come back on. Wouldn't buy. He'd look at other copper names where it's "when" not "if". Speculative. He owns it, bought it way cheaper, wouldn't buy at these levels.

Buy this dip? They went to raise money, but too much, which in turn pressured the stock price. But don't worry about the low price. He's bullish gold and silver. Be patient and let this wash through. The underwriters were stupid.
