Going forward, the units are likely going to trade depending on what kind of acquisitions comes through and not on fundamentals. NAV is around $6.50. Good group. Based in Victoria. This is a long-term process. The one thing you have to watch out for is that we don't know if we are at the end of the market or not but we have a wonderful period of appreciation and you should be upgrading. In some cases you might be better overall to go with ones that are more in the market.
