They're developing a superior battery for e-cars. They overpromised and under-delivered. Their last report and guidance were horrifying, and you can't blame supply constraints. The stock spiked 60% last week after a long-term supply deal with a truckmaker, but RMO has given back nearly that because few trust this stock.
