Selling one royalty to Triple Flag Royalties for stock. Likes it right now because company's valued at less than total value of OGN and Triple Flag combined, there's a merger arbitrage in play. The transaction is accretive to both parties. Shareholders should take the share option, rather than the cash option, and be very happy in a 2-3 year timeframe. No dividend.

Is -34% this month. They reported a good quarter and maintained guidance, and trades at 3X PE while earnings growth remains. But they cut their dividend. She's pissed off, but is holding on because of its low PE. It's totally mispriced.

Small royalty generator through exploration skills. Producing royalty in Mexico going very well. Nevada silver royalty also producing high amounts of cash. Expecting more growth from the company. 

Company acquires royalties by staking out ideas, and taking back a royalty in exchange (selling idea to large company). Would recommend holding. Company has proven good at execution. 

Don't run out and buy it hand over fist and run the stock up, it's extraordinarily thinly traded, use a Good Till Cancelled limit order. Generating surplus cash. Very small company with two high-quality royalties. Very well run.

Has participated in two discoveries. Sum of parts is greater than price as a whole. Closely held, extremely volatile, don't rush in and jam the price. Exercise caution by using good-until-cancelled limit orders. As well, market cap is fairly small. No dividend.
