This one is a little hard to read. They have medical office buildings in Brazil, Germany, New Zealand and other parts of the world. Has never owned this because it is somewhat opaque and they are somewhat niche markets. Thinks the dividend is sustainable, but the biggest concern is that this is a growth by acquisition story. Trades at a discount to NAV. The only way these acquisitions become accretive is if you can issue at a premium to NAV and make it work out mathematically. Given where the unit price is, it doesn’t right now. 10% yield.
