Did a swap with Canadian Apartment Properties (CAR.UN-T) selling them a manufactured housing community for a 25% interest in an apartment building in Toronto. There was a little bit of dilution in the transaction so they have the cash on the balance sheet. Good quality name that he feels is worth about $13.50.

If interest rates go up, the 1st proxy of an interest rate exposure stock is REITs and real estate companies. Apartment buildings are very defensive and he likes them.
