A double bull on the S&P 500. Here we are talking about the VIX spiking up because the S&P is going down. None of the chart points are relevant. The outcome of the ETF depends on the volatility of the volatility. If we break a major trend line in the summer, then that is where this can be helpful. But it might take months for it to play out.
