This is fine, but there are others he likes better. He would rather use iShares MSCI Emerging Markets (XEC-T), a small-cap tilt, or Sphere FTSE Emerging Market Sustainable Yield (SHZ-T) as a tilt towards value. His primary recommendation in emerging markets is Vanguard MSCI Emerging Market (VEE-T).
