Speculative play in the electric storage and battery area. Company has been around for a long time but was crushed by the recession. Revenues took a big hit. Debt is fairly high but manageable. Moved a lot of production over to China Seeing a good market in China for their products. They seem to be well connected. Got a descent-sized contract from the US army to produce large format batteries.
