When you buy speculative stocks, it’s very important that you own a basket of them so that maybe 2 of them will pay for the other 8. This case is the lithium ion batteries and sales in Tai Wan and India have fallen off a cliff. Earnings have gone down and sales have flat lined and are running out of cash. Leveraged to about 2 to 3 times equity.
