He looked at this project. It has good investors in it. They have a good CEO running it. It is a big project. The big thing is not only drilling out the resource which they are doing, but the metallurgy is very important in any one of these deposits, in terms of base metals or PGM, the products they produce. Whatever metallurgical test work they do, is really one thing to watch going forward.

Just bought stock this morning. Excellent management team. CEO has a lot of experience in base metals in Peru. They have a zinc project that has decent grade. They have a resource, and are now trying to drill out more of the same on a significant land package. The good hole they just drilled was 400 m away from the current resource, and 250 m away from any other hole. They are going to keep drilling this area, and have 3 other targets that they are going to look at drilling. This can get bigger.

Based in Australasia and were picking up a lot of assets. For some investors, this might be overexposed to the Philippines right now. They have the Hale deposit in South Carolina they are building on, and are now taking more of a focus in the Americas. They’ve been quite active in regards to placements. He sees this being quite active in the junior mining sector.

Has a new management team with a lot of good connections with Toronto, possibly better access to funding. Open pit, heat leach deposit in California that was a former mine, so it can be permitted. The issue is that the grade going forward is a lot lower than what they were mining previously. He would be watching if the metallurgy, in terms of heat leach recovery, look the same. Do they have to crush it? They are in the middle of a reserve, which is something you have to watch. You also have to watch for water consumption.

A lot of people outside still don’t know if the head grade they are proposing in the feasibility study, is actually what is going to come up. That is one reason why the asset, head grade of 50 g, has not been taken over by anybody, and had to be funded by private equities because other companies are still uncertain if the grade is going to be real. That might take a while.
