Feels that a lot of money has left the banks and money managers to move into the lifecos. It means that companies such as Sun Life (SLF-T), Great West (GWO-T) and Manufacturers (MFC-T) have caught up to the peak of and are exceeding their FMV.

The only way that he can justify the current price is if someone wants to take the bank over. Trading quite in excess of its FMV. Also trading up against a resistant point that he would have thought would have been quite stiff to get through, but it did go through, but without a lot of support.

One of the problems that faced real estate companies in recessions and real estate slowdowns is that stocks get pretty badly beaten up. There is still not much market value support underneath this company. Too early.

Has broken through one of its technical support levels. If he could see the stock at the $62 level it would be a buy.

Becoming very interested in this stock. Another $2 or $3 on the downside gets it to very interesting technical support. The FMV is out of sight compared to the current price. If you Buy, do it for the long term.
