Wait till after Brexit? Definitely. VIGI has a lot of British holdings. He's cautious about this ETF and is not adding to it. He hopes that saner heads will prevail and lead to a second Brexit vote and Britain will return to the EU, which he thinks will greatly benefit the UK.
