IS makes next-generation software and chips for the car industry with exposure to self-driving cars, connected cars, and user-interface technology. They have a $2-billion strategic backlog. There's a semi shortage in cars now, which will give INDI serious pricing power. The stock has fallen from $15 to 10, their original SPAC price. This will become INDI when the deal closes.
