Americas Silver Corp. (SPM.TO)

One of the great silver/zinc plays in the northern part of Mexico and on the west coast. Expects $.54 in cash flow by 2010 and in the near term, $.18 and $.30. Incredibly cheap.

Formed a base at the end of 2005 and then had a big rise and formed a top in May and has now gone into its corrective mould. It is now flattening out. Has to give in to $1.20/1.25 zone and hold.

Likes gold and silver longer term. Owns the silver iShares (SLV-A) and complements this holding with stocks like Coeur D'alene (CDE-N) and Scorpio Mining (SPM-X).

One of the few commodity plays that meets all his criteria. A silver/zinc play in Mexico. Good management.
