This is a target maturity bond. Sometimes with target maturities, they haven’t been all that popular, because the yields haven’t necessarily been that great. Everybody has the same problem, which is, premium price for bonds. This is the only way you can get the yield, and as a result, when the bonds mature, when you paid $104 for them, they mature at $100. He thinks everybody has got that problem.
