On his Stock Watch list. Major danger here is that it looks like they will do a stock consolidation. Consolidations are usually down 90% a year later. Have been doing a good turn around and revenues have been going up. Huge debt load. Will probably be a lot more interesting after the consolidation.

This is on his stock watch list. Management is doing a lot of buying and insiders seem to like it. Need to refinance at some degree which could result in dilution.

Have looked at it fairly closely, but the debt load relative to revenues always scared them. Has tremendous turn around potential. Remains on the watch list and he feels they are moving in the right direction.
