This one is forming a base. Wait until it breaks out and starts to go up. Had a little breakout in the latter part of 07 but it was a false one. This is the kind of stock you like to see, when the whole world is falling apart, especially the financial world. This one is holding together. Stoploss on this one is very important, which is the bottom line of the lows.
