Why is this stock, which makes upscale office chairs, flatlining during this pandemic? Their last report was strong, but maybe their high-end office furniture it to pricey now. Reports next week.
He predicts a good report next week, but it won't matter. Will the vaccines cease the flight to the suburbs and hurt this stock? HM sells home office furniture. The homebuilders will do well post-Covid, because interest rates are so low, so people will keep buying homes. Unlikely that the Fed will raise rates anytime soon.
Stockchase Research Editor: Michael O'Reilly With the pandemic leading to people working at home, retail sales of MLHR office furniture were up 270% over the year. Although traditional commercial sales are down by a third. The company has focused on reducing expenses to help as well -- down $18 million over the year. Combined this has allowed cash holdings to rise over $200 million. We would buy this with a stop-loss at $22, looking for potential to $45 -- over 32% upside. Yield 2.20% (Analysts’ price target is $45.00)
(A Top Pick Dec 22/20, Up 35.4%)Stockchase Research Editor: Michael O'Reilly MLHR has achieved our objective of $45. To be disciplined we recommend covering 50% of the position and trailing up the stop from $22.00 to $39.50. This would all but guarantee a minimum investment return of 27% if triggered.
(A Top Pick Dec 22/20, Up 18.8%)Stockchase Research Editor: Michael O'Reilly Our PAST TOP PICK with MLHR has triggered its stop at $39.50. We recommend covering the remaining position at this time. Combined with the previous recommendation to cover half the position, this results in a total net investment return of 27%.
