Made a stock offering at $8.50 a share which made the stock tumble again. They don’t need the money. Have a clean balance sheet with no debt. Record revenues and a great bottom line. Looking at doing a takeover of another company in the field. He can see this going over $10.

This company is doing beautifully. Had a tremendous year in 2011 with record revenues and very profitable. Revenue growth of over 20%. This company is past the turnaround phase and well into the ”boost” phase. He could see $10-$11 being very possible. PE is only around 12.

HOLD
Sold over 60% of his position. Had felt the stock would be going into double digits but the stock started to die. Almost every quarter, reports record revenues. Clean balance sheet with no debt. Recently took over more of a company that they owned in South Africa. Thinks it can get into double digits.
