Deal was put together by best people in industry. The only down side to this company is that it is in South Africa. A lot of government red tape. People are getting impatient and selling for this reason, other wise the stock is good.

They have 2 very good platinum projects in South Africa. Very good people behind it. Will require a lot of patience. The reworking of the mining legislation in South Africa has created a lot of uncertainties. Lots of potential.
