You could Buy now hoping that it is going to turn up, but you are going to have a lot of volatility. Normally coal does very well in the springtime from January through until May. This year, not so much. Technicals are still not too good. Remember the technical requirements. 1) Has to be in an upward trend, 2) has to be outperforming the markets and 3) trade well above its 20 day moving average.
