Cadillac of seniors housing. Good business model. NAV is probably around $7.50-$8 so there is a small premium to the stock price. Distribution has already been increased this year but there is plenty of room to increase again. Very safe. Growing its free cash flow. Offers you a 20% total return from these levels.

Amica (ACC-T) or Leisureworld (LW-T)? Independent and assisted living. With this one, there is private pay so you can get greater rent increases. Have done a great job of growing free cash flow. Recently raised their dividend again.

Very high-end senior’s housing. 15% discount to asset value. Raised dividend twice this year and still more room. Good rent growth. Management owns 20%. He added to portfolio very recently.

Everyone thinks retirement/nursing homes are wonderful because of demographics but it is a hard business. Margins are tight. His guess is that with risk, (don’t put too much in) it should do well over time.

Seniors housing. Strong management, which owns a fair bit. Focused on quality. Unfortunately have not created a lot of shareholder value over the years but appear to be on the right track now.

Too small for him to own but likes the name. Wouldn't buy at this price but would prefer in the $6’s. Great management team.

Nursing homes across the country and the most expensive ones around. Doesn't think he will make a lot of money on them. 4.4% yield. He has a small weighting only.

Luxury seniors housing. Primarily independent and assisted living. Has a lot of respect for the CEO.
