One of the blue chip trusts that has a conservative payout ratio, low debt. Have lost some key management personnel which would be a concern, but in this case, their areas have been built. Has dropped in price.

Has been a big disappointment. They are dealing with high fish costs, high freight costs and high fuel costs. Have not been able to pass the costs on. Did a lot of acquisitions that didn't work out.

Three main retirement REITs that he owns are Sunrise Senior Living (SZR.UN-T), Chartwell Seniors Housing (CSH.UN-T) and Retirement Residences (RRR.UN-T). Chartwell would be his top pick. This would be a B name but probably won't hurt you.

Probably never should have come out as a trust. It IPOed at $10 and hit lows in the $3 range. There is a catalyst tried to shake up management/board and trying to surface some value.

A great royalty trust. Had phenomenal returns. Has the highest reserve life of a conventional royalty trust. Low payout ratio. Gas weighted so during these times of low gas prices, it may trade down to the $25/26 level which would be a good time to pick some up.
