Until Trump launched his trade war, there was little US demand for domestic rare earths leading to analyst upgrades. But he can't recommend this after a parabolic move. It doesn't have a stable core business that provides steady profits and cash flow, and their core coal business is really bad. Their Wyoming rare earth mine looks encouraging but is too early. Also, their dual class structure is confusing. Finally, this is the kind of company that Trump would take a stake in; whenever he does this a stock initially skyrockets.
