Fabrice Taylor Apivio Systems Inc APV-X COMMENT Jun 02, 2015

Makes 2 kinds of phones. One is a Wi-Fi phone that you can take anywhere in the world, and the other is a desktop phone, which runs androids and apps. It makes a lot of sense. Have a good partnership with NEC to distribute their phones. Doesn’t think it’s quite ready for market yet. He just bought a large block of stock. Likes what he has seen so far. CEO has a great track record.

COMMENT

They make phones. They make smart phones for your desktop. They are putting apps on these desktop phones. They have a reseller agreement with NEC, the big Japanese Telecom Company. Also, they make a WiFi phone, not a cell phone, where you can travel anywhere in the world and use a WiFi connection which saves the roaming charges. They have revenues and he likes the CEO a lot. They are a small company and they do have debt. He bought it at higher prices and he is holding it. Recommends being cautious, this is not one you just want to jump into.

COMMENT

They make phones. One is a desktop landline, but it is a smart phone using android apps. (A frustrating part about landlines is that they don’t have directories like there is on the iPhone.) They have a partnership with NEC out of Japan. Picking up market share. A nice little business. Also, makes a Wi-Fi phone for use in hotels when travelling. Revenues are very healthy. Good management. The stock is cheap. If they can improve their margins, which he thinks they will, he expects the stock will start to move aggressively.
