Part of their commodity exposure. They added when it came off in mid-November. They shut-down some of their mines in the last couple of months. The goal was to clean up the market a little as there has been excess supply for a while. Now demand is starting to pick up. Great company.

Right time in the cycle to own a name like this. Wealth management, broader exposure to the US investment management business and investment banking side. They favor Bank of America Corp (BAC-N). It has more operating leverage.

They came under pressure in the last few years because of their exposure to retail and the sentiment around retail couldn’t be any worse. He thinks it is very difficult for them going forward to grow with their traditional assets. They prefer SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trst (SRU.UN-T) which has 25% tied to Walmart. It is more agile being smaller.

They took a hard look at this in the commodity washout of 2016. It is a good long-term name to own. Consistent cash flows. Very cyclical though. They would really look at this if it was below $20. Yield is over 5%.

Basically, the merged company between Digital Globe and McDonald Dettwiler. Huge growth opportunity. They took a lot of debt to fund the acquisition. Valuation is good. Business is really good going forward.
