Key names in Toronto: CNQ -1.23%, Cenovus -3.16%, NFI Group 7.19%, Aritzia 4.27% and Energy Fuels 3.77%.

Commodities were stable: WTI at US$56, gold US$4,333 though silver dipped 1.25% to US$65.30.

The U.S 10-year yield held at 4.116%.
