Sees nothing encouraging in the fundamentals here at all. Clawed its way back from its recent 18% drop. People are worried about gold prices not sustainable at the $1300 level. Wouldn't be a buyer. Lot of resistance above $14.

When a stock loses this much, it's on life support. Especially when it's down from the $5-6 levels of the past summer. Want to see a breakout above current consolidation area on some volume to trigger a buy. Consider reducing your exposure.

Pretty good stock, but recent drop is significant. For the past 20 years, when it drops like this, it's gone on to make new highs. But Chinese growth announcement, plus high phone price, is different. Chart worries him, because it's dropped below significant support of $163. Wouldn't be a buyer. Not a lot of volume supporting yesterday's turnaround, would need to see it above $160.

Traded at $30 for a very long time, and that's going to be a point of consolidation which will be a point of resistance. It has a long way to go to get back there. You'd buy it for the yield. Nothing positive fundamentally right now. Pretty stable stock, could rally up to the $24 level. Downside's pretty limited. If it goes below $21, sell it. Limited upside tells him there are better opportunities elsewhere.

He's sold off half his position, and is looking to reacquire. Good buying opportunity. The internet will continue. Trying to get the beta of the internet without the alpha. Exit below $114. Expense ratio 0.54%, average P/E is 82x.

Lot of sad stocks like this one. Worthy of a purchase. Nice double bottom of $3.80, so use that as an exit point. If it gets up to about $6, it's a "reversal of fortune" trade. Yield is 8.2%. (Analysts’ price target is $9.63)

Doesn't move with the pack in the sector. Good Intel competitor, and hasn't had the same problems that Intel has. Could be back to $30 before the end of the year, but sell it below $17. Good way to diversify the portfolio, because it has a lower correlation than other stocks in the sector to the index. No dividend. (Analysts’ price target is $23.00)
