The Hinckley Point reactor in Great Britain is going to go ahead. Also, there is a report that China, by the year 2020, will have as many reactors built as there are in the US. This is why he is bullish longer-term. With the slowdown in the last few years, the inventory has built up and the buyers are utilities or governments, which are very slow moving. Transition might be a little slower, but he does believe in this longer-term. He likes this.

Pengrowth (PGF-T) and Perpetual (PMT-T)? They have had some challenges with their balance sheet over the last couple of years, with the collapse in oil prices. The company has been pretty conservative in their spending this year. They have very good assets. Their balance sheet is still over 3X EBITDA and 2X debt to cash flow, which is a little high for comfort, but they are slowly getting there. He feels that this one is better positioned.

Pengrowth (PGF-T) and Perpetual (PMT-T)? Had some challenges with their balance sheet over the last couple of years with the collapse in oil prices. This one would be a little riskier. If you really see a big jump in commodity prices, this probably has a lot more upside than Pengrowth (PGF-T).

The stock hasn’t done badly this year. They have executed well with their earnings. Has a very attractive dividend yield. They seem to have increased exposure to unsure mortgages in the last couple of quarters, but still well within the range of normal. Their purchase of the US Wealth Management Bank is a good thing. The biggest challenge, is how to get more growth.

Looking at earnings and occupancy factors, they are doing very well. There are consistent concerns about the airline sector. They did very well with low oil prices, which seemed to be stabilizing and may be coming back up. Thinks this will continue to be trading at depressed multiples, but the company is executing very well given what they have.

This has been one of the bigger beneficiaries of the whole cell phone revolution. They provide a lot of chips into the cell phones. With the slowdown maturity of the cell phone market, growth is starting to slow down. As well, they have some challenges in China. He sees the stock stagnating a little. A very well-managed stock, but won’t be growing like gangbusters. Dividend yield of 3.4%.

This has very good concentrated oil plays. Their whole idea over the long-term is to use an enhanced recovery method, such as water flood. This has done quite well compared to the rest of the sector, and will continue to do well as long as the oil price doesn’t collapse back to sub $40. If the price gets above $50-$60, there will be some growth opportunities. A good dividend play with a 7% dividend yield. Good company to hold.
