Diamond project that will need hundreds of millions of dollars of CapX to bring it to bear. Doesn't see banks really ready to land on these types of projects any time soon. Good project.

Has always liked management but it has been a serial disappointer. Had to do a massive dilution in the share count earlier this year. Will also be beholden to subsidies for green energy (solar energy) in Germany.
