The S&P closed Friday up 0.75%, the Nasdaq 1.15%, the Dow 0.49% and the TSX 0.94% as a better than expected U.S. employment numbers eased fears of a rate hike and encouraged buying. Meanwhile, WTI slid 1.55% to US$91.45, gold declined 0.85% and silver fell 0.75% to US$60.40. However the U.S. 10-year yield continued to climb up to 5.28%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the week, the S&P gave back 0.25%, the Nasdaq gained about 0.5%, the Dow fell 1.25% and the TSX declined 0.85%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
