Stocks in New York and Toronto marched upwards Tuesday on the eve of the U.S. Fed’s next interest rate announcement. The S&P advanced 0.53%, the Nasdaq 0.82% and the Dow 0.2%. The U.S. 10-year yield held around 4.33%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
